Full Message Mode — included with both plans
Turn the 160-character limit on or off for each destination. Physical pagers and SMS numbers always get the short 160-character version; email, phone and pager-app destinations can receive the entire message — full voicemail transcripts with no cutoff, inbound texts up to 1,600 characters, and web send page messages up to 1,000 characters.
Add-ons
- Additional pager, email or pager-app destination — $2.00/month each (if you need additional destinations above the number included in your plan)
- SMS text paging destination (Full Service only) — $10.00/month each
Cancel any time — service continues through the end of your paid month. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, we'll refund it in full if you notify us by calling (877) 472-4370 within 3 days of the renewal date.
Running low? Add messages any time
One-time message top-offs — a single charge, not a recurring fee.
- 100 additional messages — $6.95 one time
- 500 additional messages — $24.95 one time
Top-off messages are used automatically once you pass your plan's monthly allowance, and any unused top-off messages roll over month to month. They require an active monthly service plan — top-offs add to your allowance, they don't replace your subscription. Buy them any time from your account's billing page.
